The ancient Celts were expert enamelists. Basic techniques will have you applying and melting powdered glass onto metal and discovering rich and varied effects. The techniques covered will include wet and dry applications, using stencils, overglaze and underglaze and simple cloisonne. Students can expect to complete two or three pieces.
