CLASS DESCRIPTION

Irish Flute
The focus of this class is about the tunes, how to play them, the history, and the people behind them.  Laurence will demonstrate the fundamentals of ornamentation, phrasing, and rhythm within the Irish flute tradition. Laurence also addresses the many ways a student can approach practice that promotes improvement and a greater understanding of traditional music.
